Delivery Options

We’re happy to coordinate delivery with experienced ground shippers we’ve personally used and trust. These transporters specialize in pet travel and provide a safe, stress-free ride for your puppy directly to your door. Delivery availability and pricing will vary based on location and shipper schedule.

For families farther away, we also work with professional flight nannies who will accompany your puppy in-cabin and personally hand-deliver them to you at your nearest major airport. This option offers peace of mind and a more hands-on travel experience for your pup.

You’re also welcome to arrange your own ground transporter or flight nanny. We’re happy to coordinate on our end to ensure a smooth pickup. Just let us know the details in advance so we can make sure your puppy is ready for a safe and stress-free trip.

We welcome families to pick up their puppy in person at our home in Statesville, North Carolina. This allows you to meet us and ask any final questions before bringing your new companion home.

Pickup appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure a smooth, personalized experience. We’ll provide everything you need for a successful transition, including a take-home puppy starter kit with health records, feeding instructions, and helpful tips.

Please note: Puppies must be paid for in full at the time of pickup or delivery. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and notify us if your plans change.
